Scope of Training

Participants are trained in:

• Observed Collections (when required) and proper documentation
• Chain of Custody Form (CCF) completion and error prevention
• Shy bladder procedures and donor interaction requirements
• Specimen handling, security, and shipment protocols
• Identification and prevention of fatal flaws and correctable errors
• Professional conduct, site setup, and compliance documentation

Mock Training & Proficiency Demonstration (Included)

This training includes mock training materials and five (5) supervised, error-free mock collections, conducted to demonstrate proficiency as outlined in DOT guidance.

Mock collections are used to:
