Cancellations, No-Show, & Refund Policy

All sales are final once testing services have been performed, DNA kit supplies have been shipped, a specimen has been collected, or services have been rendered.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.

Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative service fee.

Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("No Call, No Show") will be charged a $50 No Call, No Show Fee. This fee applies to all services offered by EK-DNA LLC, including but not limited to DNA testing, drug and alcohol testing, DOT physicals, fingerprinting, notary services, occupational health services, consultations, and mobile or on-site appointments.

If a recollection is required and a participant is unwilling or unable to comply with collection requirements, no refund will be issued. However, the appointment may be rescheduled at EK-DNA LLC's discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, client refusal to test, inability to provide an acceptable specimen, failure to present required identification, or failure to follow collection procedures.

By scheduling an appointment with EK-DNA LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellations, No-Show, and Refund Policy.
