Refund Policy

All sales are final once a test has been performed, DNA kit supplies have been shipped, and a specimen has been collected.

Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without incurring a fee.

Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative service fee.

If a recollection is required and a participant is unwilling or unable to comply, no refund will be issued. However, the appointment may be rescheduled.
